The house is mainly laid out on the ground floor. It is entered via an arched hallway with typical Algarve tiling. On the ground floor we have a sitting room, a kitchen which opens onto a sunny patio and two bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is en-suite and also has a dressing room. There is also a further bathroom and a utility room. As the utility room adjoins the second bedroom this could easily be turned into another bathroom making a second en-suite.
A staircase leads to a small room on the first floor with access to a large terrace. This room could be used as a third bedroom. The terrace has lovely views as far as the sea and is a fantastic place for enjoying the Algarve's near year round sunshine.
At a very reasonable price, this house has lots of potential. Situated close to the sea and beaches around the fishing village of Fuseta it is in a more traditional part of the Algarve, less touched by development but nontheless with all amenities near at hand. It would make an ideal base for anyone looking to get to know a different and unquestionably enchanting part of the Algarve which recalls days gone by.
Nearby is the much larger town of Olhão whose fish market has the reputation of being the nicest in the Algarve. The town also houses the headquarters of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, one of Portugal's great natural wonders.
